Dark and white chocolate cake

For the bark:
250 g butter
140 g powdered sugar
140 g of cooking chocolate
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
140 g of soft flour

By thread:
7 eggs
7 tablespoons sugar
125 g of butter
100 g of white chocolate

For the glaze:
140 g powdered sugar
1/4 l of hot water
180 g of chocolate cooking


1. Beat the butter until foamy. Then add the powdered sugar and continue to stir. Soften the chocolate and mix in the butter. Then add, still stirring, an egg yolk around. Make solid snow from the egg whites, add to the dough and finally mix in the flour. Spread butter on the cake mold, sprinkle with flour, pour the dough and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 1 hour.

2. Steam the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the chocolate. Add the egg whites and beaten butter to the cold filling.

3. Cut the cooled cake in half (because the lower crust is thinner). Fill it.

4. Prepare the ice cream for the pastry as follows: pour 1/4 liter of hot water over the powdered sugar to melt the sugar. Add the chocolate and mix on the stove until the chocolate melts and a mass of sufficient density for the topping is obtained. Pour the ice over the whole cake and decorate as desired.
