ENERGY RETURNS: Sucu Bombay

Components:

2 bananas
2 oranges
6 hours
1/2 pineapple
1 lemon

Preparation:

1. Wash and peel the fruit and put bananas, dates and pineapple in a blender and add the lemon and orange juice.

2. Mix everything well.

3. Serve with ice cubes.
