Eurocream ice cream (without eggs)
You can combine this delicious dessert with different types of cakes. It’s done quickly, and it’s very tasty!
For Eurocream ice cream you need the following ingredients:
– 1 small glass sour cream
– 200 g of Eurocream, chickpeas or similar spread as desired
– 2 bags of whipped cream
– 200 ml of milk
– a handful of finely ground hazelnuts / almonds / walnuts
– a handful of school flakes (you can order any chocolate)
– 50 g of ground biscuits
Beat the whipped cream with the milk, add the sour cream and Eurocream. Mix everything, then add ground hazelnuts and 25 g of biscuits. Pour everything into a plastic container and put in the freezer. After an hour, remove from the heat and stir in the ice. pour in the remaining cookies and chocolate flakes then return to the freezer.
