Juicy and fragrant apples are a real autumn treat, and numerous recipes with this fruit allow every housewife to let her imagination run wild.
NEEDED: 1 cup apple sugar, 8 tablespoons yellow sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon sugar, a pinch of salt, 50 g butter, 1.3 kg of apple, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, a piece of nutmeg.
PREPARATION: Wash, clean and peel the apples. Cut into larger slices, arrange on a table and pour with 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. Add the lemon juice, pour the sugar and a pinch of salt over it, and cut the butter into cubes and spread over the apples.
Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, leave for 5 minutes, then pour over remaining apple juice again. Transfer the baked fruit with the sugar and caramelized sugar to a blender, add the spices and beat until creamy. Try and add more sugar or cinnamon to taste. Keep the prepared butter in a jar, it can stay in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
