Divine treatment: homemade Mozart balls

Really few can resist them! They’re so good that you can’t just sign one. We bring you a great recipe for this truly divine treat. Nice !



80 grams of dark chocolate

80 grams of butter

50 grams of sugar

2 eggs

50 grams of flour

50 grams of ground almonds

half a sack of powdered wood


100 grams of dark chocolate

100 ml of sweet and sour cream

100 grams of butter

50 ml of brown rum

For coating:

400 grams of marzipan

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

150 grams of dark chocolate

two collections of ground pistachios.


Melt the crushed chocolate in a steamer. Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer, mix one egg at a time, add the melted chocolate and, gradually, the flour mixed with the bread crumbs and ground almonds. Pour the dough into a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For the cream, heat the sweet and sour cream, boil briefly, remove from the heat, add the finely chopped chocolate, stir, cool, put the butter and stir with a mixer for five minutes. Crumble the chocolate cake with your hands, add rum and chocolate cream, cover the dish and place in the fridge to cool for about 40 minutes.

Using an ice cream scoop, make 18 bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Wrap the marzipan with your hands, sprinkle the work surface with powdered sugar, make a 3 mm thick roll, cut 18 circles, wrap the balls in each, and then dip in the steamed chocolate. Sprinkle the balls with pistachios, cool and serve.
