Ice chocolate cake

A quick cake that doesn’t cook is ideal for all gourmets.



  • 250g of cookies
  • 150g of chocolate with milk
  • 150g of dark chocolate
  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 150g of honey
  • 100g dried apricots, chopped
  • 75g of raisins
  • 60g of chopped walnuts or pistachios


1. Bake in a pan with parchment paper.

2. Crush the biscuit using a tin (insert the biscuit into the plastic bag first so it doesn’t fly anywhere).

3. Melt the chocolate, butter and honey in a steamer. Occasionally an excuse.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the crushed biscuits, apricots, raisins and pistachios (optional).

5. Transfer the mixture to a pan and place on top.

6. Leave to cool, then put the chocolate on top and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

7. Before serving, cut the cake into 12 squares and enjoy!
