QUICK AND SUFFICIENT CAKE: Eggless chocolate cubes


COMPONENTS

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For the glaze:

  • 200 g of chocolate cooking
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 g of margarine (butter)

PREPARATION

1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and baking soda), and only then add the other ingredients.

2. Grease the pan and pour the cake mixture over the cake. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

3. Melt the ice cream ingredients and pour over the still hot bread.
