Shrimp risotto

SHRIMP INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g of shrimp,
  • 1 cup rice,
  • 1-2 cloves garlic,
  • soy sauce,
  • therefore
  • olive oil.

U RISOTTO AI GAMBETERI IS PREPARED AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost the shrimp in cold water. Wash, drain and pour the soy sauce and olive oil. Leave in the fridge for at least two hours before starting to cook.
  2. Wash the rice and cook in lightly salted water so that the water evaporates completely.
  3. While the rice is cooking, grill the shrimp in a well-heated pan, which you first removed well from the sauce in which they were placed. Add a little soy sauce and mix until the sauce evaporates completely.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the prawns and stir in the pan for another minute.
  5. Remove from the heat and add the olive oil and finely chopped garlic.
  6. Serve hot. An excellent dish for this dish is boiled lettuce or beets cut into thin rings and seasoned with finely chopped garlic, balsamic vinegar (or apple) and olive oil.
