Christmas table: The ideal solution for a holiday aperitif

Salted roll with ham and cheese.



5 dl of milk
spoon of vegeta
200 g flour
5 eggs
so that


2 dl of sour milk
200 g of young cow’s cheese
2 pickles
100 g of ham
100 g of dried meat or sausage
a little pepper
are, if you will


1. Add the milk, vegetables and coconut salt. When it boils, add the flour (pour the whole amount at once), stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

2. Remove from the heat and add the egg one at a time, and finally the egg whites.

3. Place baking paper in a pan (30×50 cm) and pour the mixture. Fire at 200 degrees.

4. For the filling, mix the cheese, sour milk and cucumbers, ham and diced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Take the baked biscuit on a baking sheet, cover with the filling and while it is still hot, roll it up and let it cool.

Note: If you want a hot appetizer, refrigerate the roll in the pan, pour sour milk over it, and cook for ten minutes.
