Vegetable soup for fasting on the water

Respect the tradition and stay on the water, but be careful not to go hungry. This soup will give you the right measure of health and nutrients.



1 potato

1 carrot

1 onion

1 red pepper

2 dl of water

2 dl tomato juice

2 tablespoons spices

1 bunch of primroses

Clean the vegetables, finely chop potatoes, onions, carrots, nuggets. Pour water and stir.

Before the end add the juice of tomatoes, spice and remove from heat.

Add salt to taste and add a piece of chopped parsley.
